Position
The Help Desk Technician provides support and resolution of store technology and operation problems through direct interaction with Ingles Stores via phone and email. This role offers opportunity to apply computer skills, help others solve technology issues, and grow within IT. Leadership and team-building experience can enhance candidacy for future leadership positions.
Shifts : Sunday – Wednesday and Wednesday – Saturday. Four-day work week, ten-hour shift. Overtime available.
