What this job involves –

This role researches, reviews, and reports all performance deliverables, analyzes data, collaborates with SMEs, and manages related account and client communications. The manager is responsible for developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, drive performance optimization, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They also handle governance reporting, procedures, policies, training materials, and manage the account's RMS and compliance coordination.

What is your day to day?

Performance

  • Analyzing performance data and metrics, consulting with SMEs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with Centers of Excellence Leads to define KPIs and performance targets aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establishing performance monitoring mechanisms and working with the platform and Industrial Division team to develop dashboards and reports.
  • Identifying performance-related training needs and developing programs to enhance employee competencies.
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop improvement strategies.

Communications

  • Managing all account communications for the Account Team and Client.
  • Collaborating with account leadership on client reports, presentations, and training materials.
  • Developing and maintaining SharePoint toolbox sites.
  • Owning and updating the Global Procedures Manual.
  • Overseeing the Employee Recognition program.
  • Providing technology access support as TAT ASM.
  • Managing the Client Portal.
  • Acting as Smartsheet SME for ad-hoc support.
  • Maintaining organizational charts.
  • Providing additional support to account leadership as needed.

Communications related to Performance and Business Intelligence

  • Managing all account communications of related topics to Account Team, Client Team, platform, and Industrial Division representatives.
  • Collaborating with account leadership on client reports, presentations, and training materials.
  • Developing and maintaining SharePoint toolbox sites.
  • Owning and updating the Global Procedures Manual.
  • Providing technology access support as TAT ASM.
  • Managing the Client Portal.
  • Acting as a Smartsheet SME for ad-hoc support.
  • Providing additional support to account leadership as needed.

Quality

  • Identifying account and client quality and risk management needs.
  • Managing the implementation of QMS and RMS programs.
  • Collaborating with the account-wide team to share best practices.
  • Developing and implementing account quality and risk management strategy.
  • Maintaining systems to measure performance against established standards.
  • Supporting corporate ISO 9001 quality program learnings and selected implementation/utilization on account.

Desired experience and technical skills -

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance management, specific communications, and related roles.
  • Knowledge of performance management methodologies (e.g., OKRs, Balanced Scorecard).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., KPI Professional, Six Sigma).
  • Strong communications skills.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

83,442.00 – 104,303.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
