Retail Sales Associate Position Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Retail Sales Associate role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and shopping experience for our guests. You will work in a fast-paced environment in which you will be processing sales transactions on the POS system, maintaining a clean cash-wrap and assisting in product stocking or other projects as needed.

Responsibilities include :

• Greet and direct customers. Help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and identify solutions to assist them.
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
• Both part-time and full-time roles available. Hours vary depending on availability. Shifts available 7-days a week from morning until night, please provide availability upon applying.
• This role may require lifting heavy cases, moving product or other manual labor tasks.
• This is an interactive customer-facing role that requires patience and a positive attitude.
• This role involves selling alcohol. Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
• Opportunity to learn and grow in the wine / spirits industry and develop sales skills.
• Driver's license preferred but not required
