Job Opportunity : Locum OB / GYN Physician in Fort Morgan, CO

Summary : Join a dedicated healthcare team in Fort Morgan, Colorado, providing essential OB / GYN services. This locum position offers coverage starting in September 2025, with ongoing opportunities available following the initial assignment. The facility is equipped to handle a variety of patient needs and is an integral part of the community.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive OB / GYN care, including general procedures and consultations.
  • Participate in 24-hour call rotations (7a-7a).
  • Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage patient admissions and care in a hospital setting.
  • Assess and monitor patient health before and after deliveries.
  • Address and manage any complications that may arise during patient care.

Qualifications :

  • Board Certified OB / GYN or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years post-residency).
  • Active Colorado medical license or IMLC certification (License on hand at submission).
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Active DEA registration, with preference for candidates with a transferable DEA.
  • Commitment to completing EMR training prior to the start date.
  • Availability to cover all stints detailed in the job description until November 2025.
  • Clean malpractice and background history is highly preferred.

  • Active Colorado medical license or IMLC certification.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Active DEA registration for the duration of the assignment.
