Awarded Certified BLS certification

Adheres to the American Heart Association standards and guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills in addressing complex patient care scenarios

Ability to function in a multidisciplinary team environment and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Maintains accurate and detailed records of patient information and medical histories

Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans

Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes

Certifications and Qualifications :

BLS Certification

RN License

BSN Required at 5 years of employment

Current Ohio Board of Nursing registration
