Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with suppliers to obtain promise dates, follow up on shipments, and ensure timely material dispatch.
- Monitor and follow up on past-due orders, consolidating delay reason codes for reporting and root cause analysis.
- Identify the fastest available sources for material shortages and execute move orders to meet urgent requirements.
- Partner with warehouses and accounts payable teams to resolve issues related to material receipts and invoice payments.
- Work with engineers, planners, business users, and strategic suppliers to communicate status updates, escalate risks, and share improvement recommendations.
- Investigate recurring issues, propose corrective actions, and resolve escalations to ensure continuity of supply.
- Monitor daily error reports and tickets from platforms, ensuring timely resolution.
- Track Aging in Transit materials and guarantee parts delayed at CMs are acknowledged and processed on time.
- Manage procurement tasks including PO requests, bugs monitoring, updating material trackers, and handling urgent requests from Supply Chain Project Managers.
- Reduce mistakes in inventory records, establish process standards, and ensure timely resolution of errors to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.24 years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, or procurement support.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).Experience with ERP systems and ticketing platforms preferred.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.Advanced English communication.Preferred Skills :
