Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and analyze commercial agreements including vendor contracts and service agreements
  • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and contract amendments
  • Track contract terms, deadlines, and compliance requirements across multiple projects
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders regarding contract matters
  • Maintain contract databases and filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Conduct research on contract law, construction regulations, and industry standards
  • Provide general legal administrative support to in-house counsel
  • Assist in identifying potential legal risks and compliance issues in contract terms

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program
  • Minimum 3-5 years of contracts paralegal experience, preferably in construction or industrial services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
  • Understanding of commercial contract law and construction industry practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with team members
