SHIPPER / PICKER RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Move product to and from front warehouse storage locations as required.
• Select and print required documentation required for picking and staging of product.
• Load and unload trucks at all warehouse docks as required.
• Perform inventory counts and document variances.
• Assist with the identification of root-cause of inventory inaccuracies.
• Assist with elimination of causes of inventory inaccuracies.
• Work with other inventory personnel to ensure effective flow of material.
• May be required to perform other job duties of the department when operationally necessary.
• Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures.
• Perform other duties as required. Assist the shipping department as needed to ensure outbound shipments are completed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS :

PHYSICAL DEMANDS : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and / or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include : close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT : While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving and / or high temperature mechanical equipment and parts.
