Bonuses & Profit-Sharing opportunities Weekly Payroll Paid Time Off : Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions 401(k) with Company Match Company-Sponsored Life Insurance Ongoing Recognition Programs and employee support initiatives Commercial & Sloped Roofing Knowledge : 5 years minimum experience managing crews installing systems such as Asphalt Shingles, Standing Seam, Concrete Tile, Faux Shake / Slate, EPDM, TPO, and PVC Leadership : Strong ability to manage crews, mentor field staff, and enforce accountability Communication : Clear written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with crews, clients, and office staff Technology : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, mobile apps, and field service management software Transportation : Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required Language : Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Frequent access to roofs, ladders, and elevated work zones Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, bend, and carry tools and materials regularly Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in mountainous environments year-round Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by jobsite conditions Reasonable accommodation available upon request

Description : Lead with Excellence! Turner Morris is looking for an Experienced Project Superintendent for the Summit County to Roaring Fork Valley Area, CO
About Turner Morris
Founded in 1992 by two professional commercial roofers, Turner Morris was established with a mission to raise the bar in the commercial roofing business in Colorado and create a different kind of roofing company-one that would emphasize safety, the fundamentals of character, competence and commitment.
Position Details
- Lead all on-site operations including crew supervision, safety compliance, and project coordination
- Monitor and enforce OSHA and company safety protocols on all jobsites
- Coordinate manpower, material purchasing and staging, and equipment logistics to maintain production schedules
- Inspect and document project progress in utilizing company CRM system, including daily photo uploads and field reports
- Oversee quality assurance and workmanship standards, correcting deficiencies promptly
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide regular updates and resolve issues
- Coach and develop foremen and crew members in safety, technical skills, and efficiency
- Participate in pre-construction walkthroughs and final punch list closeouts
- Manage warranty-related tasks and coordinate with the service department when needed
- Among other responsibilities.
