We are looking for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner in Pinon, AZ with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Job Requirements :

• 2 years experience required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required
• Any State License Honored
• DEA License (Schedules II - V)
