Position Summary

The Middle / High Student Success Coach (SSC) plays a vital role in helping Dream Center Evansville (DCE) students thrive. SSCs walk alongside students within the school setting and in out-of-school programsencouraging academic growth, building character, fostering strong relationships, and supporting spiritual formation. By partnering with school staff, families, and the DCE team, SSCs create a consistent environment where students are motivated to learn, equipped to set and achieve goals, and empowered to pursue their future with confidence.

Principal Responsibilities

Student Success Coaching

• Partner with school staff to provide in-school support for DCE students and promote student accountability and achievement.
• Facilitate small group and one-on-one meetings during the school day, focusing on social and emotional learning and individualized goal setting.
• Engage with students during lunch periods and other key moments in coordination with school staff.
