Who We Are : We are a trusted leader in precision sheet metal fabrication, proudly serving customers since 1939. With over 80 years of experience, we specialize in delivering high-quality, custom manufacturing solutions that adapt to the evolving needs of a wide range of industries. Recognized as Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop of the Year for eight consecutive years and Manufacturer of the Year in 2023 , our reputation reflects a deep commitment to excellence and innovation in everything we do. We operate on a simple yet powerful principle : Do what's right - for our customers, our employees, and our community.

What You'll Do : The Sales Manager is a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the internal sales staff, VP of Operations, and President to develop and implement long-term business strategies. This role involves managing the estimating and quoting process, using ERP software to create accurate job cost estimates, and ensuring clear communication across departments and with customers. The Sales Manager is responsible for aligning the right jobs with the company's capabilities, coordinating new orders with Purchasing and Operations, and maintaining up-to-date project status with clients. A strong focus on process planning, continuous improvement, and customer service is essential. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, technical understanding, and the ability to challenge existing processes to support growth and efficiency.

What You'll Need : We're looking for someone with experience in metal fabrication or a related manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience is a big plus. Knowledge of supply chain, planning, purchasing, quality, or customer service will also be helpful. You should be confident working with customers, understanding their needs, and building lasting relationships. The ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings -whether through formal education or on-the-job experience-is important. Strong computer skills are required, especially in Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems . Most importantly, we're looking for someone who's motivated to grow, take initiative, and be part of a collaborative team.

What's In It For You : We believe in taking care of our team-and that means offering real, meaningful benefits. We cover 100% of medical, dental, vision, and life insurance costs, something very few companies can say. Our 401(k) plan includes a company match to help you build your retirement savings. We also invest in your future with a tuition reimbursement program and offer extensive training, certification opportunities, and ongoing professional development. When the company succeeds, everyone shares in that success through a no-limit profit-sharing program. And when it comes to time off, there's no "use it or lose it" policy-your PTO and sick time are yours to take when you need it, without the fear of it being taken away. Joining our team means being part of a culture that values your well-being, growth, and long-term success.

NEXT STEPS : Just hit the "Apply" button above and you're half-way home! Or, send your resume to Brandon at [email protected] or call 253-569-3220 and we'll set up a time to meet!
