Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $85580 - $113,451.8. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Are you passionate about Value Stream Engineering? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our reliability function. As a Reliability Engineer, you'll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team.

The Reliability Engineer performs a variety of tasks, functions equipment reconditioning, predictive maintenance and asset management. Related tasks and functions include providing technical expertise to support equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving, managing reliability improvement programs / projects and asset risk assessment. Major equipment repairs, equipment rebuilds and refurbishments, control upgrades and other major equipment modifications and improvements are coordinated as a result of these evaluations.

This work requires effective interactions with Maintenance, Facilities, Process Engineering, Project leaders and leadership from other areas of the company. Activities also require an understanding of the use of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS-Oracle eAM) and related asset data analysis.
