Pay Rate : $2884.83 - $3161.04

Pharmacist needed asap

Hospital experience needed for both shifts.

Graduate of school of pharmacy : Required

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree : Preferred

One year's technical experience : Preferred

Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience : Preferred

Pharmacist license in the state of practice : Required

All licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level : Required

Registered Pharmacist (RPH) : Required

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or HeartCode ACLS (HACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS) : Required

Basic Life Support (BLS) or HeartCode BLS (HBLS) or Healthstream Basic Life Support (HS-BLS) : Required

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or HeartCode PALS (HPALS) or Healthstream Pediatric Advanced Life Support (HS-PALS) : Required

Required Qualifications

Pharmacist, Retail

Licenses : PHARM-CA

Certifications : BLS(Copy needed); ACLS(Copy needed); PALS(Copy needed)

AND

Pharmacist, Acute

Experience : 2 years
