Summer Internship Program Operations Overview

Our 10-week Summer Internship Program kicks off in June 2026 and offers you the chance to dive into the fast-paced world of investments, learn from industry pros, and build connections that will last a lifetime.
In this internship, you'll get hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it's really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You'll work side-by-side with talented teams to learn about the business.

What You'll Do
- Learn the Invesco business model and growth strategy (product, investment, sales, operations and corporate services)
- Develop professional skills and networking across the organization as well as the industry
- Immerse yourself in a modern business environment to help you better visualize your transition from college to a professional career
- Participate in cultural, operations, and management training
- Support cross-functional operational initiatives by assisting with data analysis, reporting, and documentation across teams such as Service Delivery, Global Operations, and Funds Governance.
- Build one or more of the following core capabilities (analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, team building, adaptability, problem solving, technical proficiency, and project support)
- Participate in meetings with Early Careers operations team and contribute to the influence of positive change and ideas
- Develop your technical aptitude, business insight, and collaborative abilities through a variety of project experiences.
- Gain exposure to industry best practices, compliance standards, and ethical business conduct.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2027Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scaleProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAll majors are welcome with an emphasis on Business, Finance, and Information SystemsStrong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills; ambitious and creative demeanorStrong analytical / quantitative and technical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detailAbility to adapt to ambiguous situations and learn quickly in a dynamic environmentAbility to work well with others across teams with varied strengths and backgroundsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyMust be able to work in one of Invesco's offices where the program is availableMust be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Invesco will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended.Preferred Qualifications
