SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to support an opportunity at Hill AFB, UT.

• The on-site supervisor will be on-site and provide supervisory duties, oversight, and control of contract personnel.
• Responsible for ensuring the contract manning meets or exceeds the manning requirements of the contract and that contract personnel timely complete assigned tasks.
• Receive work requirements for contract employees and delegate / assign according to skill set and ensure contract employees are available, certified and / or trained for assigned work.
• Responsible for accident / incident reporting, attending required meetings, and act as single point of contact for interfacing with the government supervision / management.
