Job description

Are you ready to be one of the very first team members in a brand-new, from-the-ground-up adventure? Elay Worldwide is a small but growing brand, and were looking for an enthusiastic intern who wants to learn and grow with us right from the start.

What Youll Do :

  • Work directly with the founder on all sorts of small tasks, from helping with creative content to handling little operational details. Theres no big team here yet just you, me, and the journey of building something awesome.
  • Join in on remote work and occasional one-on-one meetups to tackle whatevers needed to keep the brand moving forward.

What Youll Gain :

  • Hands-on experience thats more personal and flexible than a traditional internship were figuring this out together.
  • While its an unpaid role, well compensate you for specific tasks like local pickups or deliveries. Plus, in a few months to a year as we grow and attract more investors, there will be room for a paid position and a permanent spot on the team.

    • Were already generating income and are looking to scale up, so this is your chance to be part of our story from day one. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, lets grow together!

    Responsibilities

  • Offering creative input and helping shape content creation.
  • Managing some of our social media profiles and learning the ropes of running Meta ad accounts (well train you on how to upload and manage these ads).
  • Assisting with light production tasks like packaging, shipping, or dropping off blanks to label manufacturers.
  • Being an effective communicator and bringing plenty of enthusiasm

    • Ideal Candidate :

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to grow a brand from scratch.
  • Creative and driven, with an EYE for marketing and creative aesthetics for social media or content creation.
  • Interest in fitness and lifestyle niches is definitely a plus.
  • Comfortable with Photoshop or other creative tools, and ideally some Shopify experience if possible.
  • Willing to commit to a journey that starts small but aims to scale, with the potential for a paid role as we grow and bring on more investors.
