Sales Account Manager
We're seeking a self-motivated Sales Account Manager. This individual will play a key role in expanding market presence and building strong, long-term client relationships across the U.S. and Canada. You must be able to travel up to 50% of the time and attend trade shows and conferences.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Drive new business and revenue growth across a defined territory
- Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting, proposals, closing, and delivery
- Contribute to strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Support internal collaboration and uphold high standards of quality and client service
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales quota
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, science, or technology3+ years' experience with B2B consultative sales and business developmentMust have experience with flexible packaging and pre-made bagsStrong project management skills and ability to handle multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with CPG, brand development, and marketing strategies is preferredComfortable navigating complex, high-value sales environmentsExperience working with international suppliers or companies selling into the U.S. marketBenefits :
