Job description

Are you passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment?   Bourbon And Branch is looking for a   Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an outstanding dining experience.

Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, directly across from Madison Square Garden, our restaurant is a vibrant destination for locals and visitors alike. If you have a warm personality, excellent organizational skills, and hospitality experience, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do :

  • Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
  • Handle reservations and waitlists using   OpenTable and   ResyOS
  • Provide menus and answer initial guest inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand and front-of-house area
  • Assist with takeout orders and special requests
  • Communicate wait times and accommodate special seating requests when possible

What We’re Looking For :

  • Previous hospitality experience required
  • Experience with   OpenTable and   ResyOS (preferred)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
