Position : General And Operations Manager

Location : Orlando, FL - Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD)

Security Clearance Required : Secret

Position Type / Standard Work Hours : Full-time / 40 hours per week

Summary / Objective : Upon contract award, BTAS will be seeking a General And Operations Manager who will assist in project and program level planning, populating, updating and revising program specific information.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Provide products and assist with day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Serve as primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program / project issues.
• Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, communication, and other administrative duties necessary to sustain operations.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, documentation, and status reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to gain efficiencies with operations.
• Provide administrative support necessary to effectuate team meetings and engineering reviews.
• Conduct market research and ensure compliance with all relevant command and cyber policies.

Required Education and / or Experience :

Supervisory Responsibilities : This position will not supervise the work of others.

Work Environment : This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Demands : Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, 80%.

Travel : Very little.
