About the Role

As a Family Medicine Physician at One Health, you will :

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Lead and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated health services.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Promote preventive care and educate patients on health and wellness.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach.
