Responsibilities

• Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers have a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald's standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a great shift.
• Help the assigned Departments meet their goals and may be responsible for meeting shift targets.
