You'll ensure clinical excellence, maintain patient safety, and support both acute and swing-bed units as needed. • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department and swing-bed unit.\n
• Supervise and guide nursing staff during the night shift.\n
• Coordinate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.\n
• Respond quickly to critical and emergent situations.\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policy.\nQualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana or compact state.\n
• 2+ years of Emergency Room or Acute Care experience required.\n
• Prior Charge Nurse or Leadership experience preferred.\n
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.\n
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.\nCompensation & Benefits\n
