We are seeking a Digital Delivery Project Manager to lead and assist our DOT clients in implementing digital delivery practices across their organizations. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and client engagement to drive transformative change in the way transportation projects are designed, delivered, and managed. The ideal candidate is someone who understands DOT design and construction processes.

The Digital Delivery Project Manager will work closely with DOT clients and internal staff to understand their needs, develop and implement digital workflows, and guide their transition to cutting-edge technologies. This individual will play a key role in aligning digital delivery practices with client goals, ensuring successful implementation of tools such as BIM, GIS, and data-driven systems.

What are the core responsibilities for the role?

• Client Engagement :

Act as the primary point of contact for DOT clients implementing digital delivery initiatives.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide digital delivery implementations.

Assess current client workflows, tools, and systems to identify opportunities for digital transformation.

Guide the development of training materials and lead workshops to guide clients in their digital delivery implementations.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in digital delivery and transportation infrastructure.
