OPPORTUNITY | Associate Attorney

The Atlanta office of Litchfield Cavo is seeking a highly-motivated Mid to Senior Level Associate Attorney with at least three years’ experience in general civil litigation, intellectual property litigation, mass torts litigation, products liability litigation and / or general liability litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing and analytical skills. Must be licensed to practice in Georgia. Courtroom and trial experience, as well as additional state admissions, are a plus. SKILLS and ABILITIES

The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily :

• practice law in the state of Georgia ;
• demonstrate strong legal research and analytical skills;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• strong attention to detail with superb organization and prioritization skills;
• manage multiple case files successfully in a busy environment;
• ability to move from case to case efficiently; and
• knowledge of both state and federal court procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
