As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both the business interior and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by observing entry and exit points and verifying identification as required by site policies. Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities, following established protocols. Document observations and incidents accurately in daily activity reports and / or incident reports as required by the site. Minimum Requirements : At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
