Job description

Position : Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Location : Yakima, WA

Assignment Type : Travel Contract

Schedule : 4x10 Days

Pay Range : $2,282.03 – $2,684.75 per week

Start Date : ASAP

Job Overview :

We are actively interviewing for a travel LICSW to join a reputable healthcare facility in Yakima, WA. This is a full-time, 4x10 schedule assignment offering competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical social work experience and a passion for patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic interventions for patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care planning and discharge coordination
  • Advocate for patients' needs and connect them with appropriate community resources
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
  • Support patients coping with chronic illness, trauma, or life transitions

Qualifications :

  • Active LICSW license in Washington State
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical social work experience (acute care preferred)
  • Strong communication and case management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
