Job Description

the Bridge Between Donors and Good Causes Help nonprofits reach their goals by managing donor calls with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities :

Receive and respond to donor calls

Share nonprofit missions effectively

Process donations securely

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

6 months virtual or 1 year in-person call center experience

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Must own Windows 11 PC, USB headset, and wired internet

Background check required for top-tier pay

Compensation :

$12–$15 / hour initially

$17.99 / hour post-qualification
