Do you have strong leadership skills and a knack for fixing things? Tropicana Properties is hiring a Regional Maintenance Supervisor t o oversee multiple multifamily communities across the El Paso region. If you're organized, experienced, and ready to lead a team, this is your next step.

What You'll Do :

• Lead maintenance operations across several properties.
• Train and supervise maintenance techs and coordinate schedules.
• Manage regional inventory, supply orders, and cost tracking.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and respond to emergency maintenance issues.
• Handle make-ready units, special projects, and budget planning.
