Position : Maintenance technician – NEW FULLY AUTOMATED PLANT START-UP

Salary : up to 37$ / hour + premium shift + 3 Bonuses per year
We have an exciting opportunity for Maintenance Technicians (junior and senior levels) to join the launch of a brand-new, fully automated facility opening soon in Belvidere!

What we’re looking for :
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a maintenance technicianExperience in manufacturing environmentsPost-secondary education in mechanical, electrical, engineering, or a related fieldAvailability to work day, evening, or night shifts on a steady scheduleWillingness to travel within Canada and the U.S. for training purposesResponsibilities :
Provide leadership and accountability across all maintenance shifts in the fully automated facilityDevelop and manage performance reports, track key metrics (KPIs), and analyze recurring system faultsCollaborate with the Site Manager to improve maintenance protocols while meeting service level commitmentsEnsure teams are properly staffed and scheduled; manage overtime and monitor team efficiencyOversee use and maintenance of the company Computerized Management System and ensure all maintenance activities (scheduled, corrective, preventive) are completedCoach and mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvementMaximize equipment uptime through effective execution of scheduled and reactive maintenance strategiesMust be available to travel to Canada for training 3 weeks on and one week off for the first 2 months followed by 2 months travel in the USAPlease send your resume in Word format to Cynthia Gray at
