Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its expanding primary care team. This role combines community-based practice with the support and academic environment of a leading medical center.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for patients of all ages.
• Manage preventive, acute, and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in teaching, quality improvement, and population health initiatives.
