Luminator is seeking to fill our full-time  Shipping Supervisor role to join our growing and dynamic Logistics team where you will be an integral part of the team by providing valuable input as we work toward assessing and implementing goals and mission of the department and Luminator .

What You’ll Do :

• The Shipping Supervisor will be part of a team working to expand a strong and proven concept that has solid growth potential, with the opportunity to create substantial shareholder value.
• You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient shipments of goods within Luminator Technology Group.
• This includes managing shipping teams, ensuring accurate record-keeping, managing shipping priorities, and enforcing safety and compliance standards to optimize the flow of materials and products.
• The successful candidate will have the ability to challenge the organization effectively, resolve problems, and willing to provide a hands-on approach in finding solutions.
