Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 28 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 38 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Description : Position / Specialty : RN Operating Room Shift : 4x10s, 10a-830p, No block scheduling Call Requirements : One 12 hour shift a month on a Saturday or Sunday, 7A-7P or 7P-7A. There is no week-day call. Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend / 2 weekends per month RTO : 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion. Guaranteed Hours : 40 Years of experience REQ : Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in the OR Required Experience : Level 1 Trauma Experience; RN must have strong scrub and circulate skills; Experience in Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, General Surgery Preferred Experience : Neurosurgery (crani and spine), Open Heart / Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric and Gynecology Certs REQ : BLS Locals accepted : Yes -locals preferred. Must live within 75 miles of the facility. Pending License accepted : No Hospital Highlights Level 1 Trauma Center Scrub Color : Navy Blue, provided Charting : Cerner Parking Cost : $2 / day at Juvenile Temporary Detention Center (JTDC).
