We are seeking an Licensed Loan Officer to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and process loan applications. Your responsibilities will include interviewing applicants to gather financial information, evaluating creditworthiness, and completing loan contracts. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills and a deep understanding of current lending practices and regulations.

Must have a current Mortgage Originator License in any of the following states VA, MD, NC, FL, and DCPrevious experience as a Loan Officer is preferredFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel, databases, and loan processing and banking softwareKnowledge of lending products, practices, underwriting guidelines, and complianceStrong customer service, communication skills, and interpersonal skillsAbility to perform in a goal-oriented environmentThis is a remote position.
