Loan Star Title Loans - Customer Service Representative (entry level)

Are you looking for a stable, full time, entry level position with career potential? If so, you've come to the right place!

  • We are currently hiring for our location on 5155 E Lancaster Ave Fort Worth, TX 76112

Incentives :

  • Full Time Positions : Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays. Closed Sundays!

    • Requirements :

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to work full time
  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Basic computer and data entry experience
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Collections experience preferred
  • Criminal background check
  • Consumer credit check
  • Drug screen

    • Primary Responsibilities :

  • Provide superior customer service
  • Loan processing
  • Cash handling
  • Collection calls
