Associate Director, Organizational Development, Change & Team Effectiveness

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Organizational Development,
Change & Team Effectiveness to join our team on a contract basis. This role will support
our Corporate Functions and Enterprise / global projects while collaborating across the
HR enterprise. This role will partner directly with HR Business Partners and senior
business leaders to design and implement key organizational solutions. We deliver our
business impact through a matrix team model that serves to ensure we have the right
team, shared understanding of outcomes, and a highly collaborative approach to
delivering for the business. This role will have access to the full OD Change & Talent
team to ensure consistency of methodologies and tools used across Client.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively consult with key stakeholders to design and execute effective people
and organizational interventions that help improve the health and effectiveness of
the overall Client organization and drive a high-performance culture
Draw upon relevant, specialist expertise (e.g. in Organizational Development,
Organizational Design, High Performance Team Development, Change
Leadership, Change Management, Culture Change) to inform the diagnosis and
design of priority people and organizational interventions
Take a data-driven and consultative approach to delivering effective solutions
through the full project lifecycle (diagnosis, design, implement, embed & sustain)
Work in close partnership with other HR team members in a highly matrixed
project-based team structure, with a focus on collectively delivering and working
collaboratively
Coach and mentor senior leaders and other key stakeholders as needed, provide
expert advice and support to enable them to lead significant change efforts within
the organization
Facilitate leadership and team discussions, workshops, and interventions to
strengthen team effectiveness and engagement.
Manage and support enterprise-level and functional people initiatives with strong
project management discipline.
Qualifications
5+ years expertise in in organizational development (with heavy emphasis on org
development, change management and team effectiveness) required. HR
business partnership experience is a plus.
Experience of delivering high impact and high value organizational development
and change / team interventions and solutions in complex, global organizations
Experience of working with senior leaders, excellent facilitation skills
Results orientation with a demonstrated ability to oversee practical, solution-
driven initiatives that are perceived as adding value to the business
Good understanding of relevant concepts and theories related to people, culture
and organizational development / behavior
Experience of leveraging people and organizational data to inform effective
organizational interventions
Strong, proven organizational consulting skills
Demonstrates high levels of self-awareness and Emotional Intelligence
Well-developed planning and organization skills, ability to effectively manage
multiple priorities
Ability to think and act with a global mindset, culturally sensitive and aware
Comfortable operating in a contract / consultative capacity with agility and
adaptability.
