Professional Driver

C&S Wholesale Grocers desires to create the most safe, efficient, and service forward fleet in the country. As a Professional Driver with C&S Wholesale Grocers, you will start your driving career with the company by working with a Professional Driver Trainer (PDT) who will provide coaching and insight on the C&S Way which includes company and regulatory requirements. Once you have successfully completed our new hire training program, you will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through deliveries of product and services while performing all other assigned duties. All functions must be completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Location : Drop Yard in Wilkes Barre, PA

$29 / hour

Flexibility is preferred with both start and end times, as shift start times will vary depending on business needs.

Drivers will be responsible for supporting both shuttle work and outbound store deliveries as needed.

Bonus Opportunity :

• Earn a $5,000 bonus after 180 days of continuous employment
• Requirements : no preventable accidents, perfect attendance, and no safety violations during this period.

We Offer :

Start times 2 am-5 am, Monday-Saturday operation, work 5 of those days; off one additional day, including Sunday.
