Our Assistant Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager) is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on guest experience, visual presentation, and boutique operations. The ideal candidate has specialty retail experience and is a creative spirit who is ready to support our Boutique Team Leader (Store Manager) in creating an engaging environment for our guests and team members.     • Position Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store
  • Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results
  • Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique including nights, weekends, and holidays

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
