  • Location : Fargo, ND 58102 – North Dakota healthcare jobs\n
  • Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 10 / 2025 – End : 2 / 9 / 2026)\n
  • Healthcare Setting : Acute care, supporting 33 operating rooms across multiple hospital campuses\n
  • Shift : 8 or 10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday\n
  • Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week\n
  • Estimated Weekly Pay : $2420–$2600\n
  • Call Requirement : 1 weekend of call every 6 weeks, plus 1 day per week; 1–2 stay-late shifts per week (extension of core shift)\n
  • Scrubs : Ceil Blue (provided)\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active ND or Compact Registered Nurse License (or willingness to obtain for this travel RN job)\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience\n
  • Experience in General, Neuro, and Ortho surgical procedures required\n
  • Large hospital or Level 2 trauma center experience preferred\n
  • BLS certification (AHA required)\n
  • Proficiency with EPIC charting system and operating room equipment (Accudose, cautery, lasers, laparoscopic and arthroscopy equipment, Stealth navigation for Neuro cases)\n
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced OR environment\n
  • Must not reside within a 60-mile radius of the facility\n

    • \n\nOperating Room Nurse Responsibilities\n \n

  • Circulate and provide comprehensive perioperative care for patients in the operating room\n
  • Sterile prepping of surgical sites, catheter insertion, opening sterile supplies, and positioning patients for surgical procedures\n
  • Document patient care and surgical procedures using the EPIC electronic health record system\n
  • Set up and operate specialized operating room equipment as directed\n
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes\n
  • May float to other hospital campuses within Fargo as needed (rare)\n
  • Adhere to all facility protocols, including proper badging in and out\n
