Position Overview :
Please note : This is a remote position open to candidates currently residing in the United States. We are unable to consider applications from outside the U.S. at this time.
As an IT Helpdesk / Network Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees and clients. You will also play a critical role in maintaining and improving our network infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 40-hour work week.
