Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead our GC projects from our office in Manhattan and on job site visits. This role is open to a candidate with construction experience and working in a fast-paced setting on multiple projects in a busy small GC office.

Key Responsibilities : Own and lead your own projects from start to finish :

• Running a job – full cycle, start to finish
• Project Budgeting / Bidding / Customer Proposal
• Project Scheduling
• Maintain and update job Contact Sheet
• Maintaining job folders
• Permitting
• Subcontractor biding and awarding
• Site logistics
• Quality control
• Lead & own project meetings
• Change management
• Cost management
• Approve invoices weekly / biweekly for payment
• Own project logs and all updates in a timely manner
• Own job Submittals process for your projects
• Managing project turnover, phased occupancy, and closeout
• Managing warranty requirements
• Supporting the project’s Superintendent & labor with coordination of work on site, including supply of adequate materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Ordering Materials & Finishes for project.
• Out of State Permits & Licensing
