Junior / Mid-Level Mainframe Developer

REQUIRED SKILLS

Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience coding and debugging Mainframe Platforms.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of COBOL SQL coding CICS debugging and utilities.
• JCL / PROC VSAM SYNCSORT and file-based interfaces.
• CICS coding performance / tuning / design concepts debugging and utilities.
• Strong Relational Database skills : DB2 / SQL and file-based interfaces.
• Proficient with Xpediter Intertest and other mainframe tools.
• Strong knowledge of CA-Scheduler and IBM utilities.
• Knowledge of MQSeries coding in both the batch and CICS environments.
• Knowledge of XML a plus.
• Proficient using Microsoft Word EXCEL PowerPoint VISIO.
