This administrative role pays $24 – $30 per hour , depending on experience, and gives you the chance to support our busy office while helping our team run smoothly. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM . You will work standard office hours and be part of a consistent, professional team environment.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As an Office Assistant, you will help with scheduling, filing, and preparing documents, answer phones, handle correspondence, and keep records organized. You will assist with human resources tasks like tracking employee attendance, vacation, and timekeeping, supporting recruiting activities, and helping with new hire onboarding. You will also help with accounting and finance by processing invoices, entering data into QuickBooks, preparing simple reports, reconciling expense records, and supporting billing and accounts receivable follow-up.

Here's what you need to become our Office Assistant :

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, HR, or accounting support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
