LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Internal Medicine MD in Greenville, North Carolina, 27834!

Pay Information

$100 to $130 per hour

About The Position

Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician, Locums - North Carolina

Part-time inpatient assignment in North Carolina with no call and weekend-only shifts.

Highlights

  • Work Saturdays and Sundays only; 8a-5p
  • No call, no weekdays, no overnights
  • Long-term assignment with pre-approved time off

Practice Setting

  • State-funded inpatient psychiatric treatment center
  • Medically focused role; not psychiatry
  • Supervise two experienced PAs with full care team support
  • EPIC live

    • Schedule

  • Every Saturday and Sunday, 8a-5p
  • Flexible time off (not every-other-weekend)
  • Must commit to 3 weekends minimum

    • Cases and Procedures

  • Chronic disease management, med consults, addiction medicine
  • Basic wound care, EKGs, STI / pregnancy care
  • High-acuity cases referred to nearby teaching hospital

    • Requirements

  • MD or DO; Family or Internal Medicine
  • Board Certified or Eligible
  • Active North Carolina license
  • BLS and DEA required

    • Travel Accommodations

  • All-inclusive rate; no separate reimbursement for travel or lodging

    • Let me know if you'd like to pick up weekends or get on the schedule for a longer stretch.
