You’ll contribute to key decisions, support senior designers, and own your own features—gaining experience with design systems, research, and advanced prototyping along the way.

What You’ll Do Apply user-centered design principles to craft simple, elegant, intuitive solutions aligned with both business and user goals.

Advocate for the customer voice throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Conduct remote user research to validate design concepts and inform UX decisions.

Create clear and effective flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes, including documentation of animations and micro-interactions.

Collaborate with other designers to deliver cohesive and consistent experiences across our digital platforms.

Present your work confidently to cross-functional stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind your design decisions.

Design with accessibility and responsiveness in mind, leveraging WCAG 2.0 standards and contributing to our internal design system.

Bring a mobile-first mindset, designing for responsiveness and native app behaviors while ensuring parity across platforms.

What We’re Looking For 3-6 years of experience in product design, UX / UI design, or interaction design

A portfolio that showcases your design process and results across mobile and web projects

Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), with experience using and contributing to design systems

Ability to think strategically, execute quickly, and solve problems using a data-informed and human-centered lens

Comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and working in a fast-paced, Agile environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills—you’re just as comfortable talking to engineers as you are to stakeholders and customers
