- Escalate if delay / questions to client
- Make sure all pieces of the package are ordered when someone starts a program
- Manage assessments
- Order assessments
- Track results
- Send reminders
- Let client know statuses
- Manage social media
- Repurpose content
- Post and manage engagement on LinkedIn, Meta, and Instagram
- Create a content calendar
- Assist with various other projects / tasks
