POSITION TITLE : PREP / DISHWAHSER

DEPARTMENT : Back of House

REPORTS TO : Kitchen Manager and Restaurant General Manager; Lead Cook when acceptable.

POSITION STATUS : This is a full-time or part time available

ABOUT THE POSITION

Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized. Maintain parking lot and bathroom cleanliness.
