BCBA Practice Owner

A company is looking for a Founding BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

Launch and lead an ABA practice with operational support

Define clinical standards, policies, and workflows for the team

Deliver ABA therapy, oversee programs, and supervise Behavior Technicians

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)

State licensure (if applicable)

3+ years of ABA experience, ideally with leadership or supervisory background
