Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00am - 16 : 30pm)

Weekly Pay : $3,540.00

Requirements & Qualifications :

Beam Modifying / Positioning Required : Beam Modifiers, Block cutting, CBCT / kV / mV Imaging, Wedges

Dosimetry & QA Systems Required : Electrom Beam Therapy, IMRT, MOSFET / OSLD systems, Radioative Isotopes, Secondary MU calculation software

Linear Accelerator Experience Required : Eclipes (Varian), Varian TrueBeam, Varian TrueBeam Edge

Pretreatment Required : 4D CT Simulation, CT Simulation, Custom Molds, Custom Shield, Image fusion / registration (CT / MRI / PET), Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), Motion management techniques (beyond breath-hold, i.e. abdominal compression), PET scan, Tumor Localization

Treatment Planning System Required : Auxillary Devices, Eclipes (Varian), Pinnacle (Phillips)

Specialty Treatment Experience Required : Benign Brain Tumors, Brachytherapy, Computer Generated Isodose Plan, Craniospinal, Electron Field, Heterotopic Bone, Parallel Opposed Fields, Respiratory Gating / Breath Hold for Left Breast, SBRT, Single Field, Stereotatic Radiosurgery, VMAT, Weighted Fields

Professional Knowledge and Skills Required : Calculate dose of radiation, Design treamtent plans, DVH analysis, Field shaping, Image registration / contouring skills, Plan evaluation against clinical protocols, QA for IMRT / VMAT / SBRT plans, Radiation Safety
