POSITION TITLE : Pricing Integrity Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY : As a Pricing Integrity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our pricing is consistent, accurate, and transparent for customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help us uphold the highest standards of pricing integrity throughout the store.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Review the sales floor to verify pricing of promotions and document findings in the price exception log.
- Ensure accurate signage on pre-priced items, Super Low Price items, and other store specials.
- Investigate the previous day's scan right guarantee log to resolve any discrepancies.
- Validate and scan all vendor-provided items to ensure proper entry into our system.
- Update item files and ensure necessary items are pulled through the system.
- Check for price updates from the main office, verify their accuracy, and make necessary changes.
- Implement a systematic price change program to optimize profitability, with scheduled ups and downs.
- Maintain a weekly scan right policy aimed at minimizing loss through accurate pricing alignment.
- Conduct scheduled scan audits to ensure thorough and timely review of the entire store.
- Manage the transition of Hot Sheet or survey specials to maintain consistent pricing integrity.
- Check dates on Super Low Price tags for accuracy and timely updates.
- Share discontinued items and upcoming specials information with the relevant personnel.
- Facilitate communication between grocery clerks and the scanning team for smooth product delivery processes.
- Collaborate with cashiers to promote a front-end policy for reporting items not in the system.
- Perform in-store maintenance on PC and NCR registers.
- Establish a zero movement policy to keep departmental files organized and up-to-date.
- Act as a professional representative of the store when interacting with sales representatives and vendors.
- Manage a comprehensive sign program that effectively communicates our pricing integrity to customers.
- Report any significant pricing or signage issues to management promptly.
- Engage with customers and maintain a vigilant presence on the sales floor.
- Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
